Try upgrading to the latest stable release 0.9.14.001, if
the problem persist, please report it on our bug tracker -

ok I changed to RC3. the install was the same there was no 
header template so I had to create it. now I get this 
error.

I am starting to get fed up with this thing is there 
anyone that can help?
