Please upgrade to the latest version 0.9.14.001 and report a
new bug report on our bug tracker
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=phpgroupware if the
problem is still occuring.  I am closing this one.

Are the files actually where setup is trying to find them?
Note that in the header.inc.php, the Server and Include root
should be set to /usr/home/b/o/bonkie/public_html.
