Summary:  LDAP created account are inactive and with all the app selected

Original Submission:  When i create an account, in LDAP, the account got 
created with all the application selected, and disabled, whatever i set this or 
other field.

I've to modify it to select the correct application for that user, and enable 
the account.

Non that other information (name, groups, ...) works very well.
