Summary:  first user/group created with LDAP got uid/gid NULL

Original Submission:  I'm setting up for my first time phpgw and LDAP, so i've 
dump&restored the LDAP database (and phpgw admin account) 2/3 times.

Everytimes after this, the first user and group created with phpgw in LDAP 
database got uid and gid NULL (or empty), so account doesn't work.

Subsequent account got well, and now there's no problem at all...
