Summary:  Multiple weather sites not paginating

Original Submission:  Pagination is not working in the weather application, nor 
in the comics when there are fewer entries than maxmatches even though these 
applications show one entry at a time.

Had to override maxmatches attribute in weather to get it to work. Suspect this 
is a design flaw. Not sure how you guys want to handle it.
