Summary: LDAP Authentication fails with closed OpenLDAP Directory

Original Submission: My LDAP Directory requires authenticated access to
retrieve DN's, but the existing code assumes anonymous read access to the
Directory. The attached code fragment fixes my problem. (I've also added some
attributes to return - supposed to be more efficient than returning all
attributes).

Not sure where else this same problem is likely to come up, only started
playing with phpGroupWare today! I like what I've seen, though. :)

Patch to use RootDN to search for User DN first.
