Summary: Netscape on Windows can't attach

Original Submission: When trying to attach files on Netscape 4.79 on Windows
98 attaching files failes. The browser just continously waits and nothing
happens.

The file never ends up in the tmp directory.

Under IE 5.x the file attaches properly as too does Netscape on Linux.

Got me stumped. Any ideas?

Thanks

skwashd
