Summary:  simultaneous registrations mix up account_lid in phpgw_accounts

Original Submission:  During some simultaneous (?) registrations user names are 
mixed up or overwritten in phpgw_accounts.
Thus, the user will succesfully enter login and password, fill in addressbook 
info but then can't login as the user name for that record has been overwritten.
