That didn't work so well. Here's what happens when I try to login to the header
admin functionality:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare perfgetmicrotime() (previously declared in
/usr/local/apache_ssl/htdocs/phpgroupware/header.inc.php:101) in
/usr/local/apache_ssl/htdocs/phpgroupware/header.inc.php on line 99
Note that this did not happen when I upgraded.

You have to go into header admin and select the ntp server. If you don't want
to use an ntp server just go into header admin then save it without making any
chnages - but you still must save it for it to work.
