Have you tried using anglemail (a drop in replacement for the default phpgw 
mail client)??  It is available from http://www.anglemail.com .  Anglemail has 
many fixes and new features.

1. Show E-Mail message.
2. Add to Address Book.(From or To or CC)
3. Show the Address Book view.
4. Click "Done".
5. Show Login.

So, Done button action is "/phpgroupware/index.php?".
