I just installed phpGroupWare and setup the four 
accounts (Admin, Guest1, Guest2, Guest3). I then 
finished the rest of the configurations, including 
installing the services (ie. phpwebhosting).

After I did that I pulled up 
http://www.jeepkid.com/phpgroupware/ and tried to log 
in and it just kept going back to the login screen.

I checked cookies and they're enabled, so I'm at a 
loss.
