this occurs with the ldap backend
i've not tried it with the mysql backend

that user's password works fine for both samba and unix authentication so I
don't think it's a ldap problem
(maybe an phpgw <-> ldap problem though)

Hey Brad,

Is this on LDAP or SQL auth?

I just tried /address@hidden&*()'" as a password for a user and it worked ok on
.14 cvs as of 24hours ago or so, using SQL auth.

Let me know

Cheers
