Hey,

Please try running a cvs to get the final release version of .14
1) cd /path/to/phpgroupware
2) cvs -z3 update -dP

And check the following:

Did you specify all the correct values in when setting up your header?

Also, did you specify the all the required values under: configuration/setup ->
Edit Current Configuration ->
Mcrypt Settings (requires mcrypt PHP extension)??
