Summary: IE can't download attachments

Original Submission: Downloading attachments in MS IE does not work. It claims
that the file does not exist.

I have tried the current CVS version and it does not work either. I am using
an ssl connection if that makes a difference here. Although there is no problem
when I use Netscape or Konquerer.

I just noticed that this is only a problem with certain types of attachments.
ie. .xls & .pl files will not download, but .png & .txt files have no problem
at all.

I have included a screenshot of the error I see on Windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
