recently installed 0.9.14 with mysql (latest) and 
apache 2.0.4.0 on windows xp pro.

i created an admin account + 3 demo accounts using the 
link in the setup. when i click submit i'm returned to 
the previous page (showing steps 1 - 4).  when i 
attempt to login to /phpgroupware using any of the new 
accounts the login page just refreshes itself.

am i missing something?

in my config i have temp set to C:\TEMP, files 
C:\Files, and location of url 
http://j2.ath.cx:6000/phpgroupware.

the host info is; hostname jcaston:6000 (jcaston 
didn't work either).
the proxy information and peer servers info is left 
blank.

minimum acct id is 100 max is 65535, not using ldap,  
not using mcrypt, not using pure html, i am using 
cookies for sessions, not checking ip's.
