Summary:  Import contacts

Original Submission:  I'm not able to import/export contact in any way.
When I submit the import request Opera try to upload the file but after a while 
it represents me the same upload page.
This beaviour changes when I remove php.ini file. In this case I' m able to 
reach the page in which I can select fields association but I'm not still able 
to import contacts.
In attach a small exctract from php log files.
