Severity: 5 - Major Priority: None

Summary: Clash in xmlrpc_decode function
Original Submission: The function xmlrpc_decode() is declared in
/var/www/html/phpgw/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/xml_functions.inc.php on line
471. However, if php is build --with-xmlrpc, there's already a function called
xmlrpc_decode.
Please rename the function to something else, like phpgw_xmlrpc_decode.

I have commited a temporary fix for the .14 branch and will evaluate a better
more stronger long term solution for the HEAD branch.
Thanks,
