Have you tried going .10 -> .12 -> .14??  Might be worth a shot.

Summary: Can't upgrade mysql db from 0.9.10 to 0.9.14

Original Submission: I have repeatedly tried to update my 0.9.10 installation
to 0.9.14. When I click on Update Tables, it just refreshes the screen and
gives me the Check the Installation Status button. When I click it, it returns
me to the beginning page with update tables.

I did not want to overlay my existing install because a hundred or so active
users. I made a copy of the database and installed the 0.9.14 version in a new
directory. I set up my header info to point to the new install. It appears
correct. I can log into the new database on mysql with the login/password in
the header file.

Help!!!
