Summary:  CREATE TABLE lang ... Primary Key too long (mysql)

Original Submission:  Setup causes error in CREATE TABLE lang ... 
Therefore following "CREATE TABLE ..." and "INSERT ..." canĀ“t be done correctly.

Bug at File:
phpgroupware/phpgwapi/setup/tables_current.inc.php
line 158: 'pk' => array('message_id', 'app_name', 'lang'),

What Primary Key should be used instead?

>From memory mysql 3.22 allowed smaller primary keys than 3.23.  I think this 
>is what is causing your problem.  Can you upgrade to 3.23.x??  This should fix

At Installation time i used mysql 3.22.32-4 (debian potato).
