I get to the second page after the initial install and 
it says my database is good, but the database schema 
is never actually created so I cannot install any of 
the apps. Is there a sql script I can run to 
initialize the database? Why isn't the install 
creating the databases? I'm running under IIS and have 
other php and mysql programs that work just fine, just 
not the phpgroupware. Thanks!
