hmmm should be just http://<host>/setup/   i think it is index.php in that 
folder

Summary:  /setup.php does not exist

Original Submission:  The ./phpgroupware/INSTALL file from phpGroupWare- 
0.9.12.tar.bz2 (md5sum 
c836bd5853e2c6fe805c151349b4ed4a) says to use 
http://<host>/setup.php to bring up a form to create the phpGroupWare header 
file. 

The package I downloaded had no setup.php .

Looks like this should read /setup/index.php (or probably just /setup/ )
