Summary:  Inventory no longer allows any modifications.

Original Submission:  Even the owner of the item cannot make a change of 
status, price etc. Stopped working after latest cvs update from RC3.

Platform: 

Mandrake 8.2 (Intel) 

Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer/1.3.23 (Mandrake Linux/4.1mdk) 

PHP/4.1.2 

MySql ver. 3.23.47

The change does not occur after selecting edit.
And the following line appears above the product information screen.

Error:  That name has been used already ! 

This error happens no matter which field you are trying to modify.  No error 
seems to be logged by the app.
