I'm running e-smith 5.1.2 box.  After the install 
process, everything works ok.  Except that every link 
I click I get a 15 second delay before anything 
happens.  The delay exists during remote access and 
access via our 100 base switched network.  The server 
has no change in load (.05) and it using 16 percent of 
available memory.  No hard drive access during the 
wait either.  No information is being transferred 
during the wait either.  Twiggi and phprojekt 
groupware programs work really fast as well as IMP 3.1
(webmail).  I've went over and over the settings, I 
must be missing something.  Also, I've installed this 
on a second server and I get the same result.
