This has been fixed in cvs. Grab a cvs update. Should fix it.
The other option is create the firewall rule to allow the connection.

this function uses the datetime class and dies when trying to get some
information with the fsock function from the ip adress 129.6.15.28 Port 13.
This seems to be a time server.
No more tracked down by me. I´m sure other have the same problem. Platform:
