phpgroupware 0.9.12 - win32 - jana server - php 4.2.0 -
 mysql 3.23.51
when try to run setup in internet explorer get: -

i guess the first 3 are just the security check but 
the last?  i get the same when I try to install in 
mandrake 8.2 also (not using the silly RPM with 
missing files!) so never have seen the create 
header.inc bit :-( ,,, anyone know what gives? much 
appreciated if you do!
