Summary:  Edit category listing problem

Original Submission:  I have defined about 68 ctegories in addresbook (for 1 
user) in 4 level.
there is problem when listnig categories in preferencies, because 
i've got a message:

showing 1 - 15 of 68

but on page i've got all categories (but with limit of 15 on each sub-cat)
and when I try to go to next page, there is showing nothing, and I can't view
more categories then 15 in each sub-cat.
