Changes by: Anonymous user Date: 2002-Jul-03 10:22
------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
Hello Mark - I'm having the exact same symptom. My test user belonging to a
test group can see every open trouble ticket from other groups. He can see the
list of open tickets and open every incident. Should I comme back to an earlier
version of TTS? Best regards and many thanks.

=================== BUG #774: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================
Submitted by: mhanze Project: phpGroupWare
Submitted on: 2002-Jun-28 06:26
Category: tts Bug Group: 0.9.14 RC3
Severity: 5 - Major Priority: Normal
Resolution: None Assigned to: None
Status: Open Platform Version: Linux - RedHat
Reproducibility: Every Time
Summary: TTS does not follow ACL rules
Original Submission: After creating a group and assigned a user to it, the TTS
ACL will not conform to my wishes. I say "read tickets within group only*" and
when the user signs on, they can see and edit everything.

Are you saying that they can see all TTS tickets on the home/welcome screen?
Or, are they all available from within the TTS module?
Thanks,
Mark A Peters (Skeeter)
