I had this problem too . . .I updated using the CVS update and it worked fine.

Original Submission:  I get this error:
Parse error: parse error, expecting `']'' in 
/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware/todo/inc/class.ui.inc.php on line 486

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: ui in 
/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/functions.inc.php(278) : 
eval()'d code on line 1

Using clean install and postgresql-db. The other parts seems to work.

I had this problem too . . .I updated using the CVS update and it worked fine.

Correction: it only happens when accessing todo, not when logging in.
