a) Use phpwebhosting if possible (0.9.14+), as it replaces filemanger
b) If a is not possible, create a "groups" directory in your files directory, 
that should fix the problem

Original Submission:  On my system, the filemanager doesn't load, and i get no 
errors, more info can be provided if needed
