Summary: BUG or feature? in phpgwapi v 0.9.14

Original Submission: in phpgwapi/inc/functions.inc.php, line cca 706, there is
disabled creating global object datetime. all is working fine without it except
calendar, which start at 1.1.1970, because in calendar/index.php is calling
non-initialized 'datetime' member functions. it is for some purpose or it is
only mistake?
