Summary:  import does not work

Original Submission:  I tried importing a csv file, and got:Fatal error: 
Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in 
/var/www/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.Template.inc.php on line 185
I then imported it into Outlook, mapped the fields, and then exported as csv, 
and tied to import that file into phpgroupware and got;Fatal error: Maximum 
execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in 
/var/www/phpgroupware/addressbook/inc/class.boXport.inc.php on line 122
