Summary:  Vague error reports

Original Submission:  The error "Please set your global preferences" is 
reported if either the user currency or country is not specified.

This is in function checkprefs in class.boprojects.inc.php.

This had me confused until I looked at the code.

It would be better to report exactly what is missing i.e. Please set your 
country in Preferences-Preferences-Settings.
and
Please set your currency in Preferences-Preferences-Settings.

another potential ambigous error message in this file is,
"Please set your preferences for this application".

The error should always state *exactly* what item is missing.
