(the demo seems to be about five times slower than at 
the production-site)

This is a an example of the use of phpgroupware (CVS - 
snapshot 0.9.15.002 )in Facilities Management (e.g 
maintenance management). There is also a module for 
invoice handling - but this module is -so far - 
integrated with - and dependent of a mssql database - 
and therefore not working on this demo MySQL-database 
(datediff - statement).
 
Calendar and Trouble ticket system - has been 
subjected to some changes to allow events linked to 
Equipment or Location - not yet fully implemented. 

Adressbook is slightly altered to support the ability 
to define your one ID's.

The module "fm_wrkorder" is based on "project" - added 
location info, tenants and changed the perspective 
from delivering to buying)

The module "property" is the core register, comprising 
properties - buildings - apartments  and equipment.

The system is today serving the maintenance of 5000 
apartments in Bergen Kommune , Norway.

I would like these modules to become part of the 
project - if there are any interest.
