Make sure your folders are setup like:

phpgroupware/setup
phpgroupware/phpgwapi
...

And the first two fields in manageheader.php would be set to 
/var/www/html/phpgroupware, assuming this is the full path to your install.  
Was the header.inc.php written properly?

Original Submission:  Hi, I get this:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: template in 
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/setup/inc/functions.inc.php(72) : eval()'d code on 
line 1

Right after clicking the continue button after having setup write the config 
file, not sure if this is a bug or just the stupid user bug :)
