Well, 
I installed like the docs says it, generated the 
header and everything went fine so far. 
But when I try to enter the second stage of the setup,
nothing will happen except that httpd (apache 1.3.24 
with mod_ssl and PHP 4.1.2, have also used 4.2.0, it 
doesn't make a difference) will start eating 
tremendous amounts of memory (apache in question, 
excerpt from a top on the machine) and CPU time: 
80424 www       39   0 89512K 85836K RUN      0:07 
23.68% 23.68% httpd
only to after a few seconds.

Apache's error log contains just
[Wed May  1 16:32:58 2002] [notice] child pid 80439 
exit signal Illegal instruction (4)

All other PHP scripts I tested ran smoothly on the 
machine so I suspect there's a bug in the setup. 
Pretty hard to test the app if you can't even install 
it ;-)
