Summary: Start day of week shifts the date !

Original Submission: When I change the "start of weekday" setting it actually
shifts the date of the day in question (and hence all dates are off), i.e.:
- when set to Monday, the date is one day before today
- when set to Sunday, the date is correct, and
- when set to saturday, the date is one day after today

Oh BTW very very sorry, I have no account yet ;-(
