Hi. I have email and squirrel mail set up.

When I go to edit a user's preferences to correct 
their mail server, it doesn't record the mailserver 
correctly, or any of their custom settings, for that 
matter.

Specifically, the user is on a virtual domain, which 
is not the same domain as the box on which the email 
resides on. But since the email settings I am 
modifying are in the custom email settings area, this 
should not be a problem.

If I go into the database, the entire section for this 
user looks trampled (phpgw_preferences) with many many 
many blank entries.

Please let me know if I need to send you a copy of the 
data.

Also, I have noticed that no matter how I try to edit 
those email settings, they are not updated.

I even tried to delete the preferences section 
completely from the user's preferences by setting the 
ID to something completely unrealistic.

The preferences section is not recording any of the 
custom email information.

The array below should contain the user's custom 
settings. Where did they go???
