The files directory is not included in the 0.9.14-RCX
installs. This definitely needs to be included in the
final release, and to simplify matters, should be in
CVS as well. CVS installs are common, and missing a
directory that breaks at least two apps, and
potentially many more in the future, is not something
we want. The structure for the files directory should be:
files/
files/users/
files/groups/
files/home/
These should also have EMPTY file place holders in each
to prevent them from being deleted when -P is used with
the CVS checkout.
