I tried to install 0.9.14-RC2 from the .tar.bz2 file. Version 0.9.12 
worked already on the system. I installed the program at 
/usr/local/phpgroupware. I renamed the 0.9.12 installation 
directory, extracted the 0.9.14-rc2 to 
/usr/local/phpgroupware.
I opened the /setup in my browser and 
got this error:
