hello,
when trying to run setup I receive this message:

Prior versions have not generated any messages like this.

The analysis shows this:
You appear to have MySQL support enabled
No Postgres-DB support found. Disabling
No Microsoft SQL Server support found. Disabling
No Oracle-DB support found. Disabling
You appear to be using PHP4. Enabling PHP4 sessions support
sample configuration not found. using built in defaults
Now guessing better values for defaults 

Version 0.9.14 RC1 installs fine on the same machine.
