Using 0.9.14-RC2 attachments aren't always recognised
properly.

This mime part was OK

Content-Disposition: attachment;
        filename="XKBrochureJune-acc.pdf"

This one was not

Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=itdrobin1.doc
Content-MD5: 9OQVKfCFi52l5Uuh1iL/vg==

This one just appears as "attachment.txt".

I'm afraid I don't know enough about the format to look
any further.  Hope someone can help.
