i just downloaded 0.9.14.RC-2 as a rpm file. when i try to configure 
the app after creating the header.inc.php i get always redirected 
to manageheader.php with the message : Your header.inc.php needs 
upgrading.
privious version worked well.

by the way who can i 
change the directory rpm will install the files into ?
