Running PHP Groupware 0.9.13.018 (.9.14 RC1)
PHP 4.06 /  Apache / Mysql 3.23 on Linux Mandrake 8.1

Users cant see any other users files making the app 
basically useless to me.
I can't find a way to grant access for users to allow 
them to share files amongst each other even though 
they belong to the same groups etc.

There is no setting for grant access under preferences 
and no Administrator settings for phpwebhosting is 
there a fix for this (problem)?
