0.9.14 - Forum - Can't switch btwn collapsed and 
thread view

I'm pretty sure this is the right way to fix the 
problem, I'm not sure why it is that in 
forum/inc/class.boforum.inc.php the part that gets the 
view GET or POST variable is wrapped in the "intval" 
function...  Don't we want a text value back?

Also, the string comparison in class.uiforum.inc.php 
should probably use strcmp, correct?  (This is what I 
gathered from reading the php docs)  I changed this as 
well.
