When using versio 9.14 with LDAP for addressbook, the 
configuration of the ldap_contact_context does not get 
saved to the database. The results in the addressbook 
being unuseable with LDAP.

The following cause was found:
class.uiconfig.inc.php check for validation functions, 
if one exists, it calls the validation function and 
does NOT set the configuration variable.

ldap_contact_context has a validation function but the 
function does not set the configuration variable.

Hence, ldap_contact_context is never set.

I assume that the class.uiconfig.inc.php should check 
the result of the validation function then set the 
config variable based on the result.
