What is the correct way to upgrade?  I've untarred the 0.9.12 tarball into the 
appropriate place and have copied the header.inc.php file from 0.9.9.  



Do I need to recreate my mysql tables (after backing them up)?



If I wasn't using a certain module before, how to I install it now?



Have the modules I am using been upgraded with the new tarball?  Do they 
include all the changes and fixes?



I couldn't find any documentation on upgrading!
