[Phpgroupware-docteam] Actual Status of phpdocumentation

 For those who are interested, here is the actual Status
of the phpdoc inline documentation.
The following modules are now going through phpdocumentor without
an error message:

addressbook
admin
bookmarks
calendar
email
filemanager
folders
manual
notes
phpgroupware
phpgwapi
preferences
setup
skeleton
todo
tts

This only means that the docs could be generated, not that they are
complete!
