[Phpgroupware-docteam] Chinese Translation

Dear Sir,

I am an education worker in Hong Kong.  phpgroupware is a pretty good project 
of opensource application.  I would like to contribute in your translation.
Is there any Chinese documentation for phpgroupware?  If no, I can assist to 
translate English one to Chinese.  BTW, when will the documentation of 
egroupware be announced?
