[Phpgroupware-docteam] adding translations

Hi,

how do I add translations to the CVS? Most are file-upgrades for outdated 
lang files.

Do I use 'cvs commit -r Version-0_9_14-branch file_name' or just 'cvs 
commit file_name'?
