[Phpgroupware-docteam] Publishing Brazilian translation into CVS

Hi Pablo,


 two days ago i sent the Brazilian translation package to Patch Manager 
in SourceForge. Since it's the first time i do it and i didn't find any 
instructions inde the docs of the right way of doing this i would like 
to know from you the right procedures. Who i have to advise ? Who has 
CVS access and is responsible for this job ?
